information provided at checkout.

acceptance.
3.3 We may decline orders before or after confirmation in limited
circumstances (see Clause 5).
4. Pricing
4.1 Prices are set at our discretion and may change at any time before
you place your order.
4.2 The price payable is the one displayed at checkout.
4.3 All prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Order Rejection
We may reject an order where: - A Product becomes unavailable - There is
a pricing error - We cannot verify payment - We suspect fraud or
resale - Delivery is outside our service area
If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is taken at checkout.
6.2 You own the Products once we have received full payment.
7. VAT Changes
If VAT rates change between order and supply, we adjust the rate unless
you have already paid in full.
8. International Orders
8.1 If ordering outside mainland UK, you may be subject to import duties
and taxes.
8.2 You are responsible for all customs charges and compliance with
local laws.
9. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable
control (including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport
disruption).
If a delay is substantial, you may contact us to discuss options.
10. Product Variations
Products may vary slightly from images shown due to display settings,
materials, or production adjustments.
11. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)
11.1 Due to the limited nature of our releases, returns are limited to the rights provided under applicable consumer law. Where you have a statutory right to cancel, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
11.2 You cannot cancel: - Personalised or custom goods - Sealed hygiene
products once unsealed - Digital content once delivered - Items mixed
inseparably with other goods

12. Returns
12.1 Due to the limited nature of our releases, we operate a restricted returns policy. Returns are accepted only where required by applicable consumer law or where a Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
12.2 You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us.
12.3 Returns are at your cost unless stated otherwise.
12.4 Keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost returns.
13. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays
outside our control.
14. Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused and returned to us, return shipping costs may
be deducted from your refund.
15. Delivery Upgrades
We refund standard delivery only. Premium delivery upgrades are
non-refundable.
16. International Returns
For international returns, a processing fee may apply and will be
deducted from your refund.
17. Reduced Refunds
If returned items show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we may
reduce your refund to reflect diminished value.
18. Refund Processing
18.1 If cancelled before dispatch, we will refund within 14 days.
18.2 If returned, we will refund within 14 days of receiving goods or
proof of return.
18.3 Refunds are made via the original payment method.

23. No Commercial Resale
Products are sold for personal use only.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of commercial resale.
Unauthorised resale may result in order cancellation or legal action.
24. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for losses caused by breach of these Terms except
where the loss: - Was unforeseeable - Was caused by events outside our
control - Could have been avoided - Is a business loss
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or
statutory consumer rights.
